Who we are

Legal entity, business address and privacy officer: to be confirmed. We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

Enquiry information is provided when you ask us for help. Dealer application information is provided when you apply for a trade account.

• Enquiry: name, email, phone, company, region, enquiry type, tyre size / brand / pattern of interest, message.
• Dealer application: trading name, legal name, NZBN, GST number, contact name, email, phone, delivery address (street, suburb, city, region, postcode), current suppliers, message.
• The spam-protection service (Cloudflare Turnstile) and our hosting provider process your IP address and browser details to protect the forms; error monitoring (Sentry) receives technical error details without your form contents.

Why we collect it

We collect this information to respond to enquiries, help with exact tyre selection, route requests to the appropriate contact, assess dealer applications, and protect and maintain the website.

Retention and security

We keep enquiries and dealer applications in email only; there is no website database that stores your details. Processor logs and diagnostic data may have separate retention periods.

Offshore processors

The services below may process information outside New Zealand.

• Vercel — hosting.
• Resend — email delivery.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — spam protection.
• Plausible — privacy-friendly analytics, if enabled.
• Sentry — error monitoring.

Cookies and analytics

We use no cookies for tracking. Plausible, if enabled, provides privacy-friendly analytics.

Access and correction

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can request access to personal information held about you and ask for correction. If a correction is declined, you can ask for a statement of correction to be attached.
